(Group Offering) Body-Mind Connection

The focus of the retreat is all about helping you deepen your connection with yourself and your body. The primary goal is to help you anchor in the safety of your own body. This will enhance your personal healing journey and deepen your ability to connect with the natural resiliency and power of your nervous system to heal past hurts and create more freedom in your future.

Date: October 6th-8th, 2022

Body-Mind Connection Group Retreat

During this 3-day retreat, services are focused on providing you an invitation to sink more deeply into the wisdom of your own body and release the tension and pain our bodies often hold for us. To help you get the most out of the experience we will have a consultation call before the retreat to help you select the services best suited to your body. Typical retreat services include:

  • Group Mediation – At the beginning and end of each day, this afternoon process circle will give us time and space to explore the complexities of our relationship with our own bodies and how our relationships with others impact how we feel in our skin
  • 1 hour of body work or BioMat therapy – You can select from various types of massage or energy work or a one-on-one movement session for the 2 hours of body work.
  • Gentle, therapeutic movement practice – So often we are uncomfortable moving our bodies in front of others so rather than push you into discomfort all the practices will be invitational. The goal of this retreat is a safe anchor in your body! You will be invited to move in ways that feel safe and right for you. The movement will be yoga inspired and offered by our movement therapist and lead somatic therapist. We will guide groups intuitively and respond to the needs of everyone.

The total cost for the 3-day retreat is $2900 which includes detailed services, a consultation/planning call, and follow up services after your departure. We will also provide a ride to and from the airport if needed. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot and the full amount will be due 2 weeks before the retreat. We won’t be able to refund any cancellations made within two weeks of the start of the retreat. In the case of cancellation due to an emergency, we will be able to offer application of any paid funds to a future retreat or training with Beyond Healing. There will also be an opportunity to add extra bodywork services per hour if desired. To reserve your spot or to schedule a 30-minute informational call please email us.
