Brandon Finely, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

About Brandon

My ideal patient is someone navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or emotional exhaustion and looking for care that feels both thoughtful and human. They may be a veteran carrying silent wounds, a teenager feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to start, or an adult who appears to be holding it all together while struggling internally. They are often tired of simply pushing through and ready for something different—care that is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in both clinical expertise and genuine connection. Some are exploring medication for the first time and want thoughtful guidance. Others simply want someone who listens without judgment and sees the full picture of their life. What they are seeking is often simple, but deeply meaningful: relief, clarity, and connection.

I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood concerns, and life transitions. My approach to medication management is collaborative and relational, centered on your goals, your nervous system, and your overall well-being—not just symptom reduction. I believe effective psychiatric care happens when we slow down enough to understand the full context of your story. I also work closely with counselors and therapists to support a connected, whole-person approach to healing.

If you have been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unlike yourself lately, you are not alone. Whether you are carrying the weight of depression, living with constant anxiety, recovering from trauma, or simply trying to keep up with the demands of daily life, support is available. It takes courage to reach out, and healing often begins with being seen, understood, and supported.
