The Mosaic Enneagram
A Journey of Self-Discovery through The Mosaic Enneagram – A Personality Framework Grounded in Interpersonal Neurobiology and Somatic Integration and Processing.
Nurtured Nature Personality Framework
The Nurtured Nature Personality Framework (NNPF) is a biopsychosocial theory of personality development that integrates Interpersonal Neurobiology, Dan Siegel’s Patterns of Developmental Pathways (PDP), and Narrative Enneagram wisdom, grounded in more than 10 years of lived Enneagram experience.
This 6-month consultation cohort invites therapists to explore their own “mosaic of self” — discovering how the head, heart, and gut centers weave together through the developmental vectors of Agency, Bonding, and Certainty. Rather than “finding your type,” participants will uncover how coherence, compensation, and authentic expression emerge in their lives.

Training Objectives
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
- Describe the theoretical foundations of the Nurtured Nature Personality Framework (NNPF), including its integration of Interpersonal Neurobiology, Dan Siegel’s Patterns of Developmental Pathways (PDP), and Narrative Enneagram wisdom.
- Identify and reflect on the developmental vectors of Agency, Bonding, and Certainty as they manifest across the head, heart, and gut centers.
- Differentiate between the embodied energetic actions of yielding, pushing, reaching, grasping, and pulling, and analyze how these actions illuminate both gifts and distortions of each Enneagram strategy.
- Apply the Mosaic Discovery Prompts to their own lived experience to recognize patterns of coherence-seeking, compensation, and fragmentation.
- Formulate a personal statement of coherence that integrates insights from NNPF into authentic self-expression and therapeutic presence.
Why This Cohort?
The Enneagram is often used as a typing system, but within NNPF it becomes something more:
- A map of how personality strategies form through development
- A language for how coherence is sought, lost, and restored
- A guide to the therapist’s own self-awareness, presence, and authenticity
By integrating PDP and embodied energy practices (yielding, pushing, reaching, grasping, pulling), this consultation group helps participants experience themselves in a way that is both reflective and embodied — preparing them to live more fully as therapists and humans.
What You’ll Experience
- Six 90-minute consultation calls (monthly, via Zoom)
- Mosaic Discovery Prompts Packet — narrative self-reflection tool integrating NNPF, PDP, and somatic energy actions
