About Ethan

My goal is to create a safe, inviting, and collaborative space where you can bring your authentic self as we explore and deepen your understanding of who you are. I believe in the power of genuine connection and work to foster an environment where you feel supported and understood throughout our journey together. My approach utilizes a psychodynamic, nervous-system informed, and body-oriented framework along with my training in Somatic Integration Processing. I invite your body to unlock its innate wisdom, recognizing that our physical experiences and sensations hold valuable insights into our emotional and psychological states. Through this work, I aim to help you reconnect with yourself, uncover profound insights, and guide you on your healing and growth path.

I specialize in working with clients who have experienced religious trauma and spiritual abuse, whether you are a layperson or clergy, as well as those diagnosed with Autism and ADHD later in life. I understand the unique challenges that come with these experiences and am here to support you as you navigate and heal from them. In addition to individual therapy, I offer Religious Trauma and Spiritual Abuse group therapy, providing a supportive space to connect with others on similar journeys.
