Fragmented Self and Complex Trauma

Join us for a 1-hour training on Healing the Fragmented Self and Complex Trauma. This training has been approved for 1 hour of NBCC credit (US & Canada).

This is the introductory overview of SIP II: Healing the Fragmented Self and Complex Trauma and its relevance to the entire therapeutic process. SIP II combines developmental lifespan theory, internal family systems, ego state theory, and structural dissociation in a visual non-linear timeline to illustrate dissociation and ego fragmentation. Intersubjectivity enhances therapists’ understanding of client interactions, strengthening the therapeutic bond, aligning treatment approaches, and destigmatizing trauma experiences.

A holistic and detail oriented case conceptualization tool can be used for tracking session goals and therapeutic targets, maneuvering through any processing issues through understanding their psychodynamic origins, and it can even be used to track an entire therapeutic process from start to finish.
