In my younger years I knew that I always wanted to help others and have been fascinated by the nuances of the human experience. As people we encounter daily life so differently and as a therapist my job is to see your world and understand it the best I can. I hope to meet you where you are and move forward with you on your journey. My goal is to make my office a safe space for individuals to heal, explore, and grow through collaboration between two humans.

I graduated from Missouri State University with a Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have a non-directive style of therapy and enjoy the back and forth dance that I have come to know as the therapeutic relationship. I have interests in SIP (Somatic Integration and Processing), Person Centered therapy, and am looking to work with Psychedelics as the current research and legislation continues to move forward. When thinking about my role at Beyond Healing Center I believe Ram Dass said it best, “When it’s all said and done, we’re just walking each other home.”
